■ PLEASANT HILL went 3-0 last week. On Tuesday, the Billies defeated Sisters 25-6. Zeta Holmes reached base in all five plate appearances, including a three-run home run. Erin Bray was 2-for-3, with a double, two BB, and 5 RBI. On Friday, the Billies defeated Elmira 9-6 and 12-9. Acadia Bloxham was 2-for-4, with two doubles and 3 RBI, while Khloe Perkins threw a complete game with six strikeouts in game one. Bloxham followed that up by going 5-for-5, with a double and three runs scored, while Perkins hit a home run in game two.
■ CRESWELL went 0-3 last week, losing 10-0 to Elmira on Tuesday, and 19-0 and 12-6 to Harrisburg on Friday. Elise Thackara was 3-for-4, with a double, 2 RBI and a stolen base in Friday’s second game.
■ COTTAGE GROVE was swept by Marist Catholic last week, losing by 13 runs in all three games. Jayda Bruner led the Lions with three hits.
■ SPRINGFIELD was swept by Churchill last week by a combined 53 runs. In game one, Tynlee Madden was 1-for-2 at the plate, and threw three innings on the mound, allowing only three earned runs.
■ THURSTON was swept by the Crater Comets last week, and allowed 12+ runs in each game. Payton Tovey was 5-for-8 for the Colts at the plate.
