■ THURSTON lost all three games to North Eugene last week. The Highlanders won Game One 10-6. Raygan Litle was 2-for-3, with a HR and 3 RBI. Game Two finished 18-6 Highlanders. Litle was the Colts’ standout once again, with 2 HRs and 4 RBI. The Highlanders took Game Three 14-4. Syren Ferguson was 3-for-3, with a HR and 2 RBI.
■ SPRINGFIELD was swept by Eagle Point last week. Game One finished 20-0 in four innings, with the Millers getting no-hit. Game Two finished 14-1. Tynlee Madden was 1-for-2, with a BB and SB. Game Three finished 18-0 in three innings, with the Millers getting no-hit and committing nine errors.
■ COTTAGE GROVE split a Friday doubleheader against North Marion. The Lions lost Game One 8-5. Jayda Bruner was 3-for-3, with a triple and two runs scored, while Shae Richardson was 3-for-4 with a double and 2 RBI. The Lions took Game Two 13-4. Bruner was 3-for-5, with 3 runs scored and 2 RBI, and Richardson was 4-for-4, with three doubles and an RBI.
■ CRESWELL lost to Harrisburg 8-5 on Tuesday. The Bulldogs have had mostly lopsided scores, but Tuesday’s game was the Bulldogs’ fifth this season with a final score margin of five or fewer runs. The Bulldogs are 2-3 in such games.
■ PLEASANT HILL lost to Elmira 16-13 on Tuesday. It was the Billies’ seventh time in nine games where they scored 10-plus runs, but also the seventh time in nine games that they have allowed 10 or more runs.
