RECAPS
■ THURSTON competed at the 76th Grants Pass Rotary Invitational. Kelsie Raven won the women’s 100m hurdles with a time of 14.81 seconds and the triple jump with a distance of 11.08m (36’ 4.25”).
■ SPRINGFIELD competed at the 41st Dean Nice Invitational meet on Friday. Sailor Hall finished 2nd in the discus and set a personal best of 37.97m (124’ 7”).
■ CRESWELL competed in the Junction City Invitational on Saturday. Lincoln Criddle won the men’s 3000m and set a personal best of 9:28.70. Jordyn Lee won the 200m and 400m, with teammate Kylie Leonard finishing second in the 400. Leonard also won the 300m hurdles, and Mila Nguyen won the 100m hurdles.
■ COTTAGE GROVE completed at the Stayton Invitational on Friday. Ella Cardwell won the women’s 3000m with a season’s best time of 10:39.63.

■ COTTAGE GROVE will be one of 16 teams at the Wally Ciochetti Invitational on Friday. Watch out for Ella Cardwell in the women’s distance events, and Carissalynn Height and Makya Alsup in the women’s throwing events.
■ PLEASANT HILL and CRESWELL will be at the Three Sisters Twilight meet on Friday. Creswell’s Jordyn Lee, Kylie Leonard, and P-Hill’s Soleis Jones will battle things out in the women’s medium distance races, while Gage Roper for the Billies and Lincoln Criddle for the Bulldogs will likely be among the top finishers in the men’s distance events.
