■ Leading off: P-Hill has three league games this week. First, it travels to No. 8 Elmira (9-2, 3-1) for a doubleheader on Friday. Earlier this season, the Falcons defeated the Billies 16-13 in a high-scoring matchup that has been the norm for Nicki Derrick’s team this season. Tuesday, the Bulldogs welcome rival No. 33 Creswell (6-9, 3-3). Earlier this season, the Billies swept a doubleheader against the Bulldogs by a combined 32-5 score and are on a three-game winning streak against their rivals.
CRESWELL (6-9, 3-3, #33)
■ Leading off: Creswell has a doubleheader against No. 14 Harrisburg (10-5, 5-1) on Friday. Coming into the matchup, the Bulldogs have won three in a row and the Eagles have won five of their past six. Last season, the Eagles swept the Bulldogs, limiting them to one run over three games. Tuesday, the Bulldogs travel to No. 19 Pleasant Hill (7-5, 4-2), hoping to keep their offensive momentum rolling against the high-scoring Billies offense.
