COTTAGE GROVE — Construction has started on the underside of the I-5 Connector. The ODOT-contracted crew is working under the bridge to install a concrete protective slope that goes from the side of the road to the bottom of the bridge. They have started on North Lane Street and will move to North Douglas next. Expect flaggers on North Lane Street and North Douglas Avenue, under the bridge, helping to direct traffic.
