COOS BAY – The Creswell boys team earned third place in the Class 3A state tournament March 5-7, culminating a season that included a Mountain Valley Conference title.
The Bulldogs also finished as Oregon’s highest-ranked public school team in Class 3A. Senior guard Tyler Frieze (holding trophy) was named to the all-tournament first team, and senior point guard Kai Apo was named to the second team. Creswell also received the tournament’s sportsmanship trophy.
