THE BREWSTATION Mike Rothgeb/The Creswell Chronicle
Now that it’s November, the chefs and brew gurus at the Brew Station are getting ready for the holiday season. To prepare for Thanksgiving, pies are being offered and customers are encouraged to pre-order them for the upcoming holiday. These delicious and unique flavors include chocolate bourbon pecan, honey bourbon peach and many others.
Also here for the fall and winter months, the Brew Station has added beef, pork and lamb products to new menu items, courtesy of Bill and Sharon Hoyt with Hawley Ranch. This locally owned ranch provides fresh meat products for pot pies using old family recipes. Paired with fresh produce and greens from Singing Creek Farms, these Irish inspired meals are only here for the colder months, so act fast before they’re gone for good!
Using pumpkins grown on-site, customers can even enjoy fresh, made from scratch pumpkin pie and a wide variety of sweet treats featuring winter and holiday flavors. This ever-changing selection will get even the grumpiest Scrooge in the holiday spirit.
For beverages, the Brew Station has their rotating taps featuring a tasty selection of handcrafted brews. Locally brewed kombucha products and delicious holiday beverages are also available. Children are welcome in the Brew Station until 8:30 p.m., and can enjoy non-alcoholic drinks like cane sugar sodas, spiced ciders, specialty lemonades and sparkling waters.
On Friday, Nov. 9 and Saturday, Nov. 10, the Brew Station will host their Holiday Open House. For two days, customers can enjoy samples, gifts and special offers. On Saturday, music and prizes are also available. Mitchell Wine Group and Melrose Winery will feature wine tasting and specialty wines for purchase.
