Owned and operated by brothers Alex and Dominic Ihnat, Backstage Bakery & Cafe is the perfect place to stop in on those frosty mornings. Customers have the option to grab a steaming cup of coffee, fresh scone or Belgium waffle on those not so bright mornings. Craving something a little more filling? Eggs Benedict, biscuits and gravy, quiche, bagels, fresh fruit and customizable omelets and scrambles are always available.
For lunch, Backstage Bakery & Cafe creates made-from-scratch sandwiches, freshly baked bread and hearty pizza all day, every day. Looking for something hot and comforting? There are now a variety of hot soups to choose from, including Italian sausage with potato and kale and hearty sweet potato chili.
Using only locally sourced ingredients, the Ihnat brothers have a pastry case full of goodies to peruse. Family holiday get-together coming up? Alex and Dominic can make any family member the hero of the holiday when they show up with a delicious pie. Lemon meringue, pumpkin, cherry, apple and any other flavor their customers can think up are available. Customers can call in an order for pick up or select their favorite from a wide variety of freshly made pies all ready to go.
