Lane County Sheriff’s Office (LCSO) is seeking the public’s help in identifying the man who broke into Dairy Queen at 70 Emerald Parkway on Sept. 11 at about 1:15 a.m.
The man broke a Dairy Queen drive-thru window, tried to get the restaurant’s safe, did not succeed, and left, LCSO Sergeant Scott Denham said.
”Nothing was stolen except a counterfeit $20, but the guy spent a lot of time trying to get the safe,” Denham said.
As seen in the video, the suspect appears to be a white man with a thick build, has no arm tattoos and was wearing a pair of white classic Adidas shoes.
People with any information about this incident are asked to call LCSO at 541-682-4150.
