CRAIG ”CRAIGIE” WILSON
Craigie, our sweet, ”gentle giant,” passed suddenly at home on Sept. 14, 2018.
He was born to to the late Dennis Wilson and Sandra Hanson in Springfield, Ore., on Feb. 8, 1961.
He was a meat cutter by trade and had last worked at Redmond Smokehouse in Redmond, Ore.
Craig loved the Oregon Coast and fishing. But most of all he adored his children, Austin Wilson, Chariot Wilson and Raven Wilson and his grandchildren Cona and Lexi.
Craig was predeceased by his father, Dennis Wilson and his sister, Tami Akins. He is survived by his children and grandchildren; his brother, Nick Wilson; his sister, Lisa Wilson and his mother, Sandra Hanson.
I was privileged, as his mother, to have had him live with me for the last seven years of his life, and I will sorely miss him and love him always.
There was a family gathering to wish him on his way on Saturday, Oct. 6, 2018 at the family home. Sail on, sweet boy, sail on.
