I have been following your discussion concerning the IGA between the County and Cities within Lane County. I have heard Steve Mokrohisky explain when and why it was implemented and how it really hasn’t been enforced. Why hasn’t it been enforced? Because it was legally challenged once and the county dropped the case because they knew they would lose in court.
