Dear Editor:
It is that time of year again for good cheer and giving. The time grows short to make a 2018 tax deductible charitable contribution to the Friends of the Cottage Grove Carousel restoration fund. Those who have been following the rebuilding of the carousel know we are about 90 percent complete. The primary remaining issues are lighting. As you know, carousels are full of lights.
