LTE: ‘Priority mail’ not so much a priority for post office

Monday I went to the local post office (not in my town) to mail a two-day priority mail letter. After paying $9.65, I was told that the letter would arrive on Thursday. I learned that it arrived on Saturday that week. Why does the USPS advertise a guarantee of two-day delivery or your money back if it isn’t so?

I decided to return to the post office and ask for a refund of my $9.95…
