CRESWELL — A new sergeant has joined the public safety ranks in Creswell. Deputy Zack Lafoca started his first shift on April 16. He replaces Deputy Brandon Rich, who has returned to the Lane County Sheriff’s main office. Lafoca comes to Creswell from the LCSO Criminal Investigation Section. He brings some expertise in some of the more complex investigations and a tenacious drive to solve problems in the community, according to the City.  He has three small children, two girls and one boy, and lives in Cottage Grove.
