Community needs survey underway

Lane County Community members are invited to participate in the 2026 Community Needs Survey, which evaluates the essential services offered by Lane County Housing and Community Action (HACA). This survey focuses on housing, shelter, basic needs, education, employment, transportation, and health.

As part of its mission to support low-income families in overcoming poverty, Lane County is mandated to conduct this survey every three years to identify service gaps and implement improvements. It takes approximately 10-15 minutes to complete, and respondents are encouraged to share their feedback, particularly those who have accessed these services.

The survey is available in both English and Spanish and will remain open until May 16. Community members can participate at laneco.qualtrics.com/jfe/form/SV_cI0obhzfVaToCvY.
