Creswell woman charged with burglary, mischief

CRESWELL – LCSO deputies responded to a report of a disorderly subject in the 200 block of Creswood Drive in the early hours of Feb. 23. Upon arrival, deputies found 25-year-old Aiyana Elizabeth Roy of Creswell naked and allegedly injured. Roy reportedly broke into a nearby home and assaulted an elderly resident, causing significant injuries. A deputy deployed a taser to subdue Roy, who was also injured in the incident. A male resident in a neighboring home was also found to have sustained injuries from Roy.

Emergency medics treated the victims at the scene, while Roy was transported to a local hospital for medical care. Following further investigation, Roy was arrested and booked into the Lane County Jail on multiple charges, including burglary in the first degree, assault in the second degree, assault in the fourth degree, unlawful use of a weapon, criminal mischief in the second degree, and criminal trespass in the first degree.
