■ SPRINGFIELD: The Millers girls competed in the Class 6A and 5A Special District 4 regionals last weekend, finishing in 13th place with 48 points. Haley Siders (125) was the Millers’ top placer, getting fourth.
■ THURSTON: The Colts competed in a dual vs. Crater last week, winning six matches and losing eight. Samuel Greenstreet (106), Michael Salas-Sanchez (120), Truman Winningham (138), Ethan Regas (144), and Bryce Johnson (175) each won their matches while Lukas Salas-Sanchez (113) won via forfeit.
■ COTTAGE GROVE: The Lions boys competed in the Class 4A Special District 2 championships on Saturday, coming in third place as a team with 195 points. Jeffrey Conklin (132) preserved his undefeated season as he placed first. Conklin finishes 48-0, and the No. 6 wrestler in his weight class in the state. Jake Palluck (157) placed second in his weight class on Saturday.
