■ COTTAGE GROVE: The Lions travel to regionals on Saturday in Newport.They’ll finish their season in a battle against their fellow Class 4A Special District 2 teams, Cascade, Junction City, Newport, and North Marion. Jeffrey Conklin has yet to lose a match this season (45-0) and it’s unlikely he will start here. Boston Kent(135) has also had a solid season for the Lions.
