COTTAGE GROVE – The victim in the shooting death from last week has been identified as Eusebio Pablo Pablo, 50, of Cottage Grove. The death is being investigated as a homicide.
On Jan. 20 at about 5:30 a.m., officers with the Cottage Grove Police Department responded to a report of a man who was found on the ground, unconscious and bleeding in the 1500 Block of Hwy. 99 in Cottage Grove. When officers arrived, they found Pablo Pablo with an apparent gunshot wound, and he was pronounced dead at the scene. No suspects have been identified or located.
