COTTAGE GROVE – The Oregon Aviation Historical Society at 2475 Jim Wright Way is hiring a part-time museum assistant at $19 per hour, with no benefits, for 24 hours per week, Tuesday through Friday, 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., plus some Saturday events.
Key responsibilities:
- Acting as a docent and welcoming visitors
- Providing full-charge bookkeeping using QuickBooks Desktop
- Performing clerical tasks and managing membership/donor records and correspondence
- Managing the online point-of-sale system
- Supporting marketing efforts through GoDaddy, Facebook, and Instagram, and assisting with events
- Taking minutes at quarterly board meetings
Required qualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Desktop
- A flexible schedule
