Riverview Center for Growth ranks third in Oregon’s top nonprofits to work for

SPRINGFIELD — Riverview Center for Growth has been named No. 3 on Oregon Business’s 100 Best Nonprofits to Work For in Oregon, marking its highest ranking yet in the statewide survey. Over the past three years, Riverview has steadily climbed from No. 22 to No. 5, and now to No. 3 — a reflection of its commitment to creating a supportive, inclusive and mission-driven workplace.

“I have 20 years of experience as a social worker and teacher, and I have never worked anywhere as supportive as Riverview Center for Growth,” one employee wrote in the survey. After reflecting on the dedication of staff like this, Meghan Melton, Executive Director, shared, “This growth is entirely because of you all, the compassionate people who make this organization what it is. You show up. You care. You make a difference. Not just for the people we serve, but for each other.”

The 100 Best Nonprofits to Work For list is determined by confidential employee surveys measuring workplace satisfaction, organizational culture, leadership and benefits.
