SPRINGFIELD UTILITY BOARD
SPECIAL WORK SESSION AND EXECUTIVE SESSION
The Springfield Utility Board plans to meet in a special work session at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday, November 13, 2024. The purpose of this session is to allow time for discussion on communication and other utility related items. Please note that the Board does not hear public comments during work sessions.
The Board also plans to meet in a non-public executive session on Wednesday, November 13, at approximately 7:30 p.m., immediately following the conclusion of the 6:00 p.m. regular board meeting. This executive session will be held pursuant to ORS 40.225 and ORS 192.660(2)(f): attorney-client privilege; and to consider information or records that are exempt by law from public inspection, including written advice from attorneys.
Members of the public are invited to join the 5:00 p.m. special work session and the 6:00 p.m. regular board meeting in-person or remotely via phone or internet.
