As a volunteer, I have learned the values of honesty, positive influence, accountability, communication skills, and strategic planning.

I have served as a member of international service clubs and volunteer as needed. My goal for serving the city council is to provide directions for the residents of Cottage Grove. My experience in policymaking, budgeting, and master planning has helped guide my leadership skills at any level. I hold an associate in Criminal Justice, a Bachelor’s in Legal Studies, and a Master’s in Education, and I am seeking a doctorate in Educational Leadership.

I have worked as a legal and educational consultant for a non-profit, helping those needing educational guidance and drafting legal court documents. However, I’m passionate about sitting on boards and committees that help shape my leadership and individual role in the community. I was recently accepted into a non-profit management certification program offered through the University of Oregon, which I’m excited to attend this winter term.

I enjoy the community of Cottage Grove and know that I can help shape the long-term visions for our city.
