Pauline Rose Chappelle, 74, of Cottage Grove, Ore. passed away May 15, 2022. Pauline was born in Petaluma, Calif. on March 5, 1948 to parents Melvin and Yolanda (Piazza) Lemos. She graduated from Petaluma High School in California. Pauline worked as a Dietary aid, and she was a caregiver for over 17 years. She enjoyed playing bingo and bingo calling at Magnolia Gardens. Pauline liked to travel and spend time with her family. She was a member of the Riverside Community Church of God.
Pauline is survived by her son William Chappelle of Cottage Grove; daughter Shannon Chappelle of Calif.; daughter Sheryl Chappelle of Calif.; brother Ronald (Barbara) Lemos of Calif.; brother Richard Lemos of Calif.; brother Randy (Michelle) Lemos of Calif.; sister Paulette Lewek of Calif.; six grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. A memorial service will be held July 2, 2022 at 11 a.m. at Smith-Lund-Mills Funeral Chapel. A celebration of life will be held Aug. 13, 2022 at noon at 684 Liberty Rd., Petaluma, Calif. 94952.
