Hazel Marie Beeley, 72, passed away peacefully May 26, 2022, of natural causes. Hazel was born Feb. 27, 1950, in Cherokee, N.C. Hazel moved to Oregon in 1956 with her parents, Mary and Leroy Bridges, graduated from Churchill High School in 1968, and married her lifetime husband, Robert “Bob” Beeley on March 22, 1969. Hazel and Robert spent their married life in the Eugene area, raising three kids, enjoying yearly trips to the Oregon Coast, Lane County Fair, and league-sanctioned bowling tournaments through the state.
Hazel Marie Beeley is survived by her husband, Robert J. Beeley, and three kids Keith, Kim, and Kent Beeley. Funeral services were held Saturday, June 11, at Andreason’s Cremation and Burial Service, 320 6th St. Springfield, Oregon 97477. Hazel Marie Beeley will be laid to rest at Lane Memorial Gardens off West 11th in Eugene.
