The Coast Fork Kiwanis Club, serving Creswell and Cottage Grove, heard from guest speaker Judy Smith, Lane County area representative for Home Share Oregon, at its bi-monthly meeting at Sol Azteca Mexican Restraurant last Wednesday.
Home Share is an Oregon solution to our affordable housing crisis in the state.
The lack of affordable housing jeopardizes the future of many Oregonians and their families, Smith said during a presentation of Home Share Oregon’s strategy and program to assist Oregonians in finding housing solutions and bringing communities together.
Home Share uses technology to help bring renters and potential roommates together. Smith can be contacted for more information at 503-862-3096 or through homeshareoregon.org.
Raffles beginning: The club will be raffling off two Oregon Ducks reserve seating football tickets for a marquee game at Autzen Stadium.
