SPRINGFIELD – Kai Keamo, who recorded a save in Bushnell’s first victory in program history two weeks ago earned his first win in 4 1/3 innings of relief on Sunday, leading the Beacons to a 4-3 victory over Oregon Tech at Hamlin Sports Complex.
Jake Stone was 2-for-3, recording two doubles and two RBI against the Owls. Jeff continued to make noise at the plate, going 2-for-3 with a home run, two RBI and three runs scored.
Earlier, the Owls had swept the first three games of the home series.
The Beacons are at the University of British Columbia for double-headers March 4-5. The next home game is a noon scrimmage March 12 vs. Lane CC.
