CRESWELL – By this time next week, Creswell will have a mayor, and soon thereafter, city council might have a full board.
Council on Nov. 1 will hold a special in-person meeting at 7 p.m. to interview and appoint a mayor. Council president Kevin Prociw – who is acting interim mayor until an appointment is made – and former three-term mayor Dave Stram are the only applicants for the position.
