Eva Mae Buermann has been reunited with her loving husband, John Edward Buermann. John and Eva were married on May 10, 1969 and had the most loving and special relationship. Eva was a homemaker and wonderful mother to her two children Laura and Shane. Eva was also blessed with two grandchildren, Kailey and Zachary. She loved spending time with them and enjoyed watching them grow up.
Eva was born to Delbert Sammons Jones and Ruth Inez Yarwood. Like her parents, she was born with the love for music and dancing. At a young age she bought her own piano by picking beans throughout the summer. She mostly taught herself to play the piano and was also a wonderful accordion player. At Pleasant Hill High School she played the saxophone in the pep band. Eva’s love for dancing brought her to a grange hall dance where she met John, and they danced together for 51 years of marriage.
John and Eva lived in Junction City, Oregon where Eva raised a beautiful flower and vegetable garden. She loved spending time outside working in her yard. John and Eva enjoyed taking cruises and traveling the world together, and they spent several winters down on the Baja of Mexico.
Eva, Mom, Grammy, we will miss your laughter and beautiful songs, your kind heart and generous spirit. We hope you are doing a little two-step with your soul mate John. May you rest in peace.
