Ray Steven “Steve” Brown, 70, of Eugene passed away Aug. 28, 2021 of cancer. His wife was by his side.
Steve was born Sept. 2, 1950 to Ray and Anamaye (Nelson) Brown in Roseburg, Ore. He graduated from Cottage Grove High School, then went to serve his country in the Vietnam War.
