Ruby Mae Miller, 83, of Creswell, died Aug. 10, 2021, in Eugen, Ore.
She was born on Feb. 25, 1938, in Medora, N.D. to Robert and Mae Wyckoff. She was raised on the family farm in Sentinel Butte, N.D., the youngest of six, and the only girl.
Ruby graduated high school in 1956 and business college in 1957. She was a school secretary, and realtor in Corvallis and worked for the Secretary of State in Salem. Ruby moved to Creswell after retirement in 2000, where she loved to garden, go to the Cottage Grove Theatre, fish, kayak and spend time with family and friends.
Ruby was married to Bill Miller for 20 years and had two children.
She is survived by her loving cat, Susie; her daughter, Pam Dizney, and sons-in-law, David Lindelien and Daniel Dizney; her son, Mark Miller, and daughter- in law, Elizabeth Miller; three grandchildren, Danielle Dizney, Timothy Dizney and Rachel Miller; and many nieces and nephews.
She is preceded in death by her parents and brothers.
