Robin Sydney Edmunds, 71, of Creswell, Ore., passed away on Oct. 6, 2020. He was born on Aug. 15, 1949 in San Francisco, Calif., to parents Johnny and Ivy (McLaughlin) Edmunds. Rob graduated from N. Hollywood High School and began his career at Pacific Bell as a communication specialist at the age of 18, retiring at the age of 52. After retirement, he and his family moved to Oregon. Rob married Bonnie Barclift on Feb. 28, 1969 in Ensenada, Mexico. He enjoyed rock collecting and being at home. He loved peace & quiet, nature and animals. Rob is survived by his wife of 51 years, Bonnie Edmunds; daughter Jenny Edmunds and grandson Dylan, all of Creswell; and sisters Amanda Bradshaw, of Middletown, Calif; Janet Cohen, of Studio City, Calif; and Jackie Manz, of Lake Oswego, Ore. A Memorial Service will be announced at a later date, to be held at Delight Valley Church of Christ in Saginaw, Ore. Arrangements in the care of Smith-Lund-Mills Funeral Chapel, Cottage Grove, Ore.
