This fall, Bartolotti’s Pizza Bistro, located at 330 Main St., Suite B, is cooking up unique brunch items at their Springfield location.
For something sweet, Bartolotti’s serves Oatmeal Overkill – a deep-fried oatmeal-topped concoction with pears and brandied cherries. And for savory, Bartolotti’s offers the Big Country – a biscuits-and-gravy pizza with eggs, gravy and sausage.
An especially creative dish is the pain perdu: imagine something like a bread pudding, with marionberry compote, gelato, hollandaise sauce, house-cured pork belly. Enjoy with a carafe of mimosas!
