Lucille Sexton, 97, of Cottage Grove, died Jan. 30, 2019. She was born Oct. 30, 1921 in Murphy, N.C., to parents William and Caroline (Marcus) Hass. Lucille married Clarence Sexton in November 1939. They were married for 40 years.
