The Lane County Sheriff’s Office responded to a burglary call in the 33900 block of Martin Rd. on Wednesday, Nov. 14. The residence is located outside of the Creswell contract area.
After arriving at the residence, which was property owned by the bank, a Sheriff’s deputy found two individuals, a male and female, sleeping upstairs at the residence.
The male was identified as Dakota Ray Stone, 22, a local transient. Stone was arrested for Failure to Appear Larceny Lane County Circuit Court, Failure to Appear Theft 2, burglary and possession of Methamphetamine.
