I am thankful to be born in a country that produces enough food to feed the population.
I am thankful to be born in a country I can attend the church of my choice, that I can write for my newspaper where I can speak my mind, to be born in this country and to have great parents who worked hard to provide a good home, warmth, happiness and contentment.
For these, and many other things, I say my blessings every night, and think about them every day.
I am thankful for a strong healthy body, to have been in the right place at the right time to have great jobs, for the Divine Guidance of a beautiful lady coming into my life as my wife, mother of my kids and my companion. I am thankful for the community in which I live, and I am thankful for the friendships I have in that community.
