I am immensely thankful for friendship. 2018 has been a year of growth and rebuilding, achievement and challenges, wins and losses, climbing mountains and running races, emotional highs and personal lows. This has been a year of loving, losing, and learning. I graduated college early and jumped into a new role in my job; it has been a year of transition and transformation. I wish I could say that I have taken it all with a gracious attitude, but I have not learned the art of patience and contentment quite yet.
In the midst of my accomplishments and despite my failures, my friends have been unfaltering pillars of strength in my life. To my friends, new and old, thank you for not only rejoicing with me on the mountaintops, but also sitting with me in the valleys. Our hearts crave the feeling and knowledge that we are not alone in life, this is something that I have been reassured of and I do not take that for granted. With gratitude I look forward to more adventures, lessons and laughter.
