Where are the compassionate doctors?

Dear Editor,
How is it that our healthcare system pays all expenses for a methadone user who drives around with kids in the car, and not pay for medical care to a Navy vet and wildland firefighter? None of the doctors who accept Trillium will get him to a specialist he desperately needs. The VA won’t give him any help, either. He writhes in pain all the time. He doesn’t get much sleep.
Is there any compassionate doctors who really care about people and not how much money they can make? It doesn’t seem like it.
