Bebe Fay Rowlett Jan. 16, 1923 – June 22, 2018

Bebe Fay Rowlett of Creswell died on June 22 at the age of 95.
She was born in Van Nuys, Calif. on January 16, 1923 to Benjamin Franklin and Edna May (Adams) Rowlett. She attended Van Nuys High School, graduating in 1941.
Bebe married Glenn E. Rowlett on July 1, 1941, in Van Nuys. She worked for Lockheed Aircraft as an Electrical Inspector. She was a Rosie Riveter.
After the war she became a homemaker after moving to Dorena, Ore. in 1948.
Bebe enjoyed knitting, crocheting, and quilting. She was a fantastic baker, famous for her cinnamon rolls. She enjoyed gardening, canning, and woodworking with her husband. She loved spending time with her church family. She was a member of the Creswell Church of Christ.
She is survived by daughter Linda (Ronald) Curtright of Creswell; son Roy Rowlett of Creswell; daughter Nola (Donald) Perini of Roy, Wash.; eight grandchildren, many great-grand-children, and many, many great-great-grandchildren.
A Funeral was held at 1:30 p.m. on Wednesday, June 27, 2018 at the Creswell Church of Christ. Burial followed in Sunset Hills Cemetery, Eugene.
Arrangements in the care of Smith-Lund-Mills Funeral Chapel in Cottage Grove.
