Norma Louise Bradford, 90, of Creswell, passed away May 23, 2018.
Norma was born on July 28, 1927 in Cottage Grove to Alvis and Marie (McCargar) Wicks. She graduated from Cottage Grove High School and attended Oregon State University.
Norma was a homemaker and a farmer. She enjoyed crafts, sewing, gardening, dogs and bible studies. Norma helped others by giving them rides, cooking and cleaning for the church and teaching Sunday school. She was also a member of the local historical society, the Church of Christ in Creswell and the Children’s Ministry.
Norma married Ross H. Bradford on June 23, 1945 in Cottage Grove, who preceded in death on June 23, 2005.
She is survived by a son, Nick (Nancy) Bradford, of Creswell; a daughter, Vicki Bigelow, of Scottsburg; six grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren.
A Celebration of Life will be at 11 a.m. on Saturday, July 14, 2018 at the Church of Christ in Creswell. Memorial contributions may be made to Meals on Wheels. Arrangements by Smith-Lund-Mills Funeral Chapel, 123 S. 7th St., Cottage Grove, Ore. 97424.
