Springfield residents can pledge to ‘scoop the poop’ and enter canine calendar contest

Do you live in Springfield? Do you pick up your pet's waste? Your dog could be featured in the 2019 Canines for Clean Water calendar. This year, the City of Springfield is encouraging residents to submit photos of their rescued or adopted dogs, with the 2019 calendar theme being ”Rescue the River.”
