Creswell man arrested in ‘largest meth seizure in DINT history’

A Creswell man and a California man were arrested on Saturday, March 17 in what police are
calling ”the largest single seizure of meth in Douglas Interagency Narcotics Team (DINT) history.”
During an operation taking place last weekend, DINT contacted two subjects in a traffic stop on Interstate 5 near Milepost 151 and seized an ”historical amount of methamphetamine” from Israel Salvador Mercado-Mendoza, 30, of Creswell and Rigoberto Morfin-Pedroza, 33, of Los Angeles.
