PublicHouse is excited to announce our Annual Pacific NorthWest Fest featuring food & cocktail creations utilizing and sharing ingredients from local sources.
🥕The PublicHouse food vendors will be working with the Whisk(e)y Lab crew to design menus featuring the bounty of the Pacific Northwest.
🍒Cocktails & Food Specials: The Whisk(e)y Lab crew and each of the food vendors are preparing specialty cocktails & menu items featuring local ingredients produced by local people in and around our area. Stay tuned for all of those delicious details.
🍺From the BeerHall: The Beer Hall’s draft list will be full of Northwest flavors and local ingredients, featuring some of the best breweries and cideries from the PNW.
⭐Entertainment: Each night of the event we’ll be featuring live music and entertainment with a line-up of ALL LOCAL artists, including:

Rudolf Korv and the NorthWest Feels, Thursday @ 7pm
The Syco Billy’s, Friday @ 7:30pm
Ramblin’ Robert & the McKenzie Drifters, Saturday @ 7:30pm
