Pauline Rose Chappelle, 74, of Cottage Grove passed away May 15, 2022. Pauline was born in Petaluma, Calif. on March 5, 1948 to parents Melvin and Yolanda (Piazza) Lemos. She graduated from Petaluma (Calif.) High School. Pauline worked as a Dietary aid, and she was a caregiver for over 17 years. She enjoyed playing bingo and bingo calling at Magnolia Gardens.
