Derek Alan Phillips, 47, of Cottage Grove, Oregon, passed away July 12, 2020.

Derek was born Dec. 26, 1972, in Eugene, Oregon, to Conley and Kay (Stiff) Phillips.

Derek was a 1991 graduate of Cottage Grove High School. He worked at The Brewstation in Cottage Grove. Derek enjoyed fishing, music and gardening.

Derek is survived by his parents Conley and Kay Phillips; partner Maggie Van Camp; daughter Daphne Freya Phillips of Dexter, Oregon; sister Carlin (Phillips) Hale of Whitefish, Montana; and grandmother Ruth (Masters) Phillips of Grapevine, Texas.
