EUGENE – June is Elder Abuse Awareness Month, and the Adult Protective Services (APS) team at LCOG Senior & Disability Services is hosting a free Elder Services Resource Fair on Tuesday, June 23, from 1 to 3 p.m. at the Eugene Public Library – Downtown, 100 W. 10th Ave., Eugene. This event focuses on raising awareness and sharing valuable information, resources, and support available to older adults and those who care for them. Social connection and access to supportive resources play a vital role in reducing vulnerability to abuse.
