SPRINGFIELD – Springfield Utility Board’s elected Board of Directors today announced that Vanessa Barbarisi, who they selected as the utility’s next CEO/General Manager, will begin in her new role on June 25. Barbarisi was chosen to lead the utility after an extensive nationwide search.
