■ On Jan. 24 at 12:30 p.m., LCSO deputies responded to a two-vehicle crash with minor injuries in the 74100 block of London Road, south of Cottage Grove. Investigation indicated that the driver of a pickup, James Britton Hurst, 51, of Creswell, failed to navigate a corner and struck a delivery van in the oncoming lane. After additional investigation, Hurst was arrested for DUII.
