GOSHEN – On Feb. 3 at 10 a.m., Lane County sheriff’s deputies responded to a residence in the 33900 block of W. Peebles Road, south of Goshen, to serve a restraining order to Jason Speed McLaughlin, 53, of Goshen. The court order required McLaughlin to leave the premises.
