Matthew Jason Millam, 34, of Cottage Grove, passed away unexpectedly from sudden cardiac arrest on May 13, 2019 – way before his time.
He was born on Aug. 10, 1984 at Cottage Grove Hospital to Robert and Pamela (Hayes) Millam, a preemie and spent time in the Sacred Heart NICU unit in Eugene.
